Welcome to FAS Medical Summit, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://fasmedicalsummitrcm.com (the “Site”) and any services offered through the Site (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.
2. Services
The Company provides information regarding Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing services for healthcare practices and providers. The content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, medical advice, or professional business consultation until a formal service agreement is executed.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of FAS Medical Summit, Inc. or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
b. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, any user postings made by you, or your violation of any terms of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. SMS / Text Message Communications Policy
a. Program Description
FAS Medical Summit, Inc. uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with individuals and contracted clients who have provided consent, including for:
- Responding to inquiries submitted through our Contact Us or Schedule an Appointment forms
- Appointment and consultation reminders
- Service-related account and billing updates for contracted clients
- Marketing communications about our RCM, billing, coding, and credentialing services
b. Consent
We only send SMS/text messages to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Consent is collected through a checkbox on our website forms, presented separately from the general submission of the form, using language substantially similar to the following:
“By checking this box, I consent to receive SMS text messages from FAS Medical Summit, Inc., including account updates, appointment reminders, and marketing communications about your services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.”
Consent may also be collected verbally when a representative clearly identifies our company, explains the purpose of the messages, and confirms the recipient’s agreement, consistent with this Policy.
c. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us and will not exceed [INSERT MAX MESSAGES PER MONTH] messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
d. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also request to be removed from SMS communications by contacting us using the information in Section [INSERT CONTACT SECTION NUMBER] below.

f. No Sharing for Third-Party Marketing
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
g. Applicable Law
Our SMS communications program is intended to operate in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
